I am an engineer and my wife, Thitiya, is an Assistant Principal at a Middle School.

We are passionate about food and have a deep appreciation for its complexity and variety. We love cooking at home and experimenting with different recipes and ingredients. Thitiya is a Thai gourmet cook, having learnt traditional recipes from her mother and grandmother in a rural village in Thailand, where she spent her childhood. We are excited to explore the culinary world and discover the unique flavors of different cultures.

For years, we have been experimenting and perfecting PopRice - a delicious and unique snack made from a combination of old Thai and Persian recipes. We were flexible in our approach and relied on our creativity and experience to create the perfect flavor and texture. Through our dedication and hard work, we have been able to refine the recipe to produce the best-tasting PopRice snacks for our customers.

The PopRice project tested our abilities and required us to document each step of the process meticulously. We developed comprehensive preparation and cooking instructions that would ensure a consistent outcome with every batch.

PopRice is packed with fiber, protein, and antioxidants, making it a great choice for a nutritious, crunchy snack. Plus, we have added natural flavorings, like honey and cinnamon, to make it even more delicious. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack on the go or a nutritious treat, PopRice is the perfect choice!

We conducted various experiments to determine the ideal base ingredient for our PopRice snack and, after multiple rounds of trial and error, we have finally settled on the perfect type of rice.With your help we hope to introduce PopRice to folks from around the country, and hopefully someday, around the World.

We plan to use some of the profits from PopRice sales to support the education of underrepresented children in the US; provide school supplies to children living in poverty; promote STEM education to students from low-income families; and strive for 100% graduation rates for all students by inspiring them with tech-based career opportunities.

We already support schools and communities with educational initiatives, including after-school clubs focused on aviation, robotics, and math.

For the past few years we have proudly offered full scholarships for drone pilot certification training and technical workshops to our U.S. military veterans, members of Civil Air Patrol, high school students, and high school educators.

To date, we have given over $500,000 in drone pilot training scholarships.
